Examine quality of earnings, working capital, financial forecasts, historical earnings, quality of assets and liabilities of target client. Domestic travel required up to 20% of the time to visit unanticipated client sites and BDO office locations monthly.
Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Finance or related plus 1 year of experience in the job offered, or as a Senior Associate/Associate, or related. Alternatively, the ER will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Finance or related and 5 years of progressively responsible experience. Must have experience in each of the following skills: Accounting knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS; TAS/Financial Due Diligence; Working with sophisticated investors such as Private Equity firms and aggressive corporations; Managing Financial Due Diligence/Quality of Earnings projects; Managing Mergers & Acquisitions and private equity client relationships; Planning and overseeing the Due Diligence process; Technical accounting research; and Microsoft Office products, including Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
