Design & layout graphics, diagrams, & infographics for permit applications packages, presentations, & internal reports. Collaborate with architects, engineers, & project managers to translate construction documents & plans into clear visual materials for permitting purposes. Ensure all visual assets comply with Miami-Dade County permit requirements, including formatting, labeling, & resolution specs. Create site logistics plans, staging diagrams, & phasing illustrations to accompany permitting submittals. Design professional templates for letters, cover pages, project signage, & client-facing documents. Support the marketing team with visuals that align with the company's brand & regulatory standards. Maintain an organized archive of project graphics, revisions, & final outputs.
Requirements: B.A. in Graphic Design + 6 months of experience – M–F, 9–5 PM.
