Advance quality of the sales org via shipboard sailings, in port training sessions & new auctioneer training. Develop strong & collaborative working relations with cruise line partners & conduct regular performance & strategic reviews. Participate in annual budget & business planning process.
Requirements: HS Diploma & 3 yrs exp in auction sales & understanding of all aspects germane to conducting art auctions. Travel to Europe by cruise ships to sell art 4-5x / yr.
