Insurance Services Office, Inc. seeks Product Engineers in Jersey City, NJ (multiple positions).
Duties: Provide technical support to the product owners including research, execution of complex data queries and operations activities. Analyze and diagnose issues raised by the product owners utilizing knowledge of how the wcPrism systems operate and your technical expertise. Determine appropriate steps to resolve data and application issues in the quickest and most efficient manner. Identify application defects and propose appropriate system changes needed to address those defects. Serve as the conduit between product owners and the software development team through which the specifications flow. Interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational specifications with technical solutions for implementation. Define and document processes and procedures to maintain the product artifacts which capture customer and state requirements and business essential information. Define, develop and implement quality assurance practices and procedures and test plans to ensure expected and accurate results.
