Duties: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the ERP system and Data engineering that aligns with the organization's business objectives. [7%] Provide leadership to the ERP, Data engineering team, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring alignment with overall IT and business strategies. [10%] Work closely with business units to ensure the ERP system and Data warehouse meets their needs and supports their objectives. [10%] Lead efforts to gather and prioritize business requirements for ERP enhancements or new modules. [10%] Oversee ERP, data engineering related projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed effectively and deliver the expected benefits. [10%] Mentor, conduct performance reviews, develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to support and improve the ERP system & Data Warehouse. [8%] Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and operational needs. [10%] Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure high-quality support and services. [5%] Identify opportunities to optimize costs related to the ERP system, including reducing licensing fees, improving system efficiency, and streamlining processes. [10%] Identify and mitigate risks associated with the ERP system and data warehouse, including data security, system downtime, and project delays. [10%] Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for the ERP system, Data warehouse to ensure business continuity in case of system failure. [5%] Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of ERP, data warehouse changes by end-users. [5%].
