Duties: Develop and implement strategic business plans, involving gathering and synthesizing information from multiple teams to support strategic initiatives, creating and maintaining comprehensive business models to forecast future impact, and designing frameworks and tools to streamline strategic planning processes and enhance efficiency. [30%] Conduct strategic analysis and provide actionable insights, by identifying and resolving inconsistencies in strategic datasets, maintaining detailed records of strategic objectives and performance metrics, and documenting and communicating the rationale behind strategic initiatives and business models. [15%] Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment, by presenting strategic insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders, leading cross-team workshops to address strategic challenges and opportunities, and coordinating efforts to align business strategies with organizational goals, driving improvements in strategic execution. [15%] Focus on product and processes, by diving into product knowledge via training sessions and individual meetings with TPMs and field engineers and understanding product cycle and its connection to processes handled by Business Planning. [10%] Collect, organize, and manipulate data from various sources to generate automated or systemic workflows, by uploading, archiving, and structuring data in ZT Systems' warehouses (data lakes); managing and maintaining Quote Submission History- internal database of quote records, and creating templates, algorithms, and scripts to automate the collection of data for Costs and Pricing to aid other analysts in their decision making. [10%] Perform data analysis, reports, and prepare recommendations, by resolving issues relating to data discrepancies, which involves maintaining records and files of costs and pricing; cost data- large amounts of cost data for each item included in ZT's products; and pricing data- equivalent in size to the Cost Data but including other records that explain the logic behind the pricing. [10%] Identify and recognize problems from various perspectives (cross-organization) to understand implications and propose solutions, which involves presenting findings of data analysis and any troubleshooting to other organizations; facilitating discussions with internal Business Planning organization, Data Transformation Team, and ZT's Information Technology Team; and coordinating cross-group resolution of any findings to solve problems and improve the functionality of ZT's data systems. [10%]
