Krones, Inc. is looking for multiple Regional Service Techs. – Blowmolding to perform timely and accurate service in customer's plant, such as commissioning, troubleshooting & retrofitting. Remote position based out of Franklin, WI.
RQD: Assoc. Deg. in Mechanical Eng. or Mechatronics & 4 yrs exp as a Service Tech/Eng or HS Diploma and 6 yrs exp as Service Tech/Eng. In lieu of an Associate's Degree, a HS Diploma & 6 yrs exp as Service Tech/Eng. In addition, 4 yrs (6 w/ HS Diploma) the following are RQD: working on Blow molding or injection molding machines; tools including wrenches, drills, taps, grinders, measuring devices, & presses; reading blueprints, along with basic mech. skills, drilling, tapping, cutting, & filing; Microsoft Windows XP & 7; machine hardware (servo motors, gear boxes, & sensors); 3 yrs (5 years w/ HS Diploma) exp reading electrical schematics; rqd travel (nearly constant - up to 100%), domestic & foreign to unanticipated client sites; ability to work remotely anywhere in the U.S.
