Req.: Bachelor's in Sci., Math., Eng., Comp. tech., Data Sci., or related (foreign equivalent ok) & 4 yrs of progr., post degree exp. as an IT Analyst, Bus. Data Analyst, Bus. Process Improvement Specialist or related. Also req. 4 yrs of exp.: Analyzing & re-engineering complex bus. processes & data models to improve efficiency & maximize productivity to achieve better economies of scale; Facilitating workshops to capture bus. functional, data model, & system lvl. req. for enabling tech.; Serving as a liaison between the SMEs, process & data owners, & IT to ensure the end meets all req.; Interpreting complex legacy bus. processes, systems, & data; Designing future state data models & bus. processes; Applying application development lifecycles: Agile, Spiral Model, RUP, or Waterfall; In mfg., eng., or supply chain info. industry; Providing oversight of work of team to exec. projects to design & implement operational improvements; Reducing costs for mfg. & supply chain bus. functions; Providing input to quality assurance strategies, authoring, & executing test scripts & playing role in the incident resolution process; & Assisting tech. & Bus. development teams in the design & implementation of mfg. & supply chain optimization solutions in one or more of the following areas: ERP, MES, WSS. Exp. may be gained concurrently.
