Munich Re America Services, Inc. seeks a Test Specialist (Amelia, OH) to collaborate with analysis team, product owner, & architect on requirements & design docs & create & review test strategy, scenarios, cases with team.
Require Bachelor in Data Science/Analytics, CS/Engineering, Information Systems, or related + 3 years experience as Test Specialist/Analyst/Engineer, QA Analyst, or related position. Prior experience must include: Data warehousing testing using relational databases, including 3rd normal form & star schemas; Using SQL to retrieve & validate data; Using XML to create & execute test cases; Applied knowledge of P&C insurance & data flow from transactional system to reporting system to validate test cases; Creating test plans, strategies, estimates, & design; Applied knowledge of Agile & scrum methodologies; & defect tracking.
May telecommute but must report to Amelia, OH office 2x/wk. Base salary range anticipated for this position is $129,910 - $129,910/yr + opportunity for company bonus based upon percentage of eligible pay + variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, employee wellness program, life & disability insurance, 401k, retirement savings plan, paid holidays & PTO.
