Lead IT strategy & assure effective IT delivery for a Line of Business, region or function within Honeywell.
Requires Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related field, or a related field + 8 years of experience in implementing & maintaining & modernizing ERP apps such as Oracle/SAP with experience in key modules like Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing (BOM, WIP etc.) Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, Warehouse Management/Mobile Supply chain. Must have 5 years experience with the following: managing & system integrations; interfacing with business process owners & supporting & interacting with team members at all levels of the organization; & experience directing & prioritizing onshore/offshore resources for functional & technical support. Must have 2 years experience in leading IT strategy, developing road maps. Must have 1 year of experience with knowledge of Generative AI, Python programming skills & RAG architecture are required to build modern apps leveraging ERP data. Certifications required: CPIM (Certification in Production & Inventory Management) & CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
