Duties: Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features and solutions based on feedback, competitive analysis, and business objectives. Establish metrics for defining success. Measure and monitor key KPI performance for product epics and specific features. Develop improvement plans for key KPI degradation. Leverage internal KPIs to identify feature opportunities. Prioritize features and develop quarterly priorities and annual backlog. Partner with UX, Research, and Engineering on feature design. Work with engineering during feature development to ensure feature objectives are maintained. Develop A/B testing plan with analytics. Act as key point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates, gathering feedback, and fostering strong communication across teams. Telecommuting permitted.
