Requirements:
BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related & 8 years experience. Will accept MS & 6 years experience. Experience must include 6 years with: product management; feature delivery & tradeoffs of product; end-to-end product delivery; own/drive roadmap strategy & vision; contribute to engineering discussions around tech decisions & strategy related to product. Experience must include 2 years with: ID key product metrics, A/B test & use of analytics like Tableau; Ecommerce; SQL; ML & DS. Telecommuting permitted.
Salary range: $160,135 to $265,500. Specific salary offered may be influenced by variety of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, education, & work location. Eligible for 401k & new hire & annual equity grant. Benefits: insurance, such as medical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, & accident; parental leave, family services, backup dependent care, FSA, telemedicine, pet adoption reimbursement, employee assistance, 10% off pet insurance & 20% off Chewy.com.
