Requirements:
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field + 5 years of progressive responsible work experience in job or related field. Must know (through academic training or work experience) customer research through interviews & user testing to understand end-user problems & effectiveness of current platform version & proposed versions & features; market research & analysis to prioritize software features & product types to support on software platform; analyze conversion funnel & user journey for web app users onboarding; Launch & introduce new software features & products into market on Apple AppStore & Google PlayStore; align stakeholders & compiled input to prioritize new software features & roadmap; Revamp team processes & scale as number of engineering pods increased; Design & execute AB test experiments; communicate metrics on new user registrations, user activity, & plan subscriptions; create long-term roadmaps with prioritized list of proposed features & timeline to communicate product strategy & vision; & Present findings to investment committees & other investors.
