Saks.com LLC seeks Application Analyst-- Service Cloud in NY, NY to support new & existing Salesforce user base with questions & issues across Service Cloud.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in CS, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field & 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation: utilizing technologies such as Lightning, Apex, SOQL, REST Web services to build features in Service Cloud; exercising knowledge of Salesforce Objects, Data Model, & Salesforce Standard Objects & business processes to understand business requirements, review peer changes, write unit tests & fix defects in Contact Center app; utilizing experience with Salesforce governor limits, licensing, & best practices to support Customer Service operations; & identifying & applying best practices, standards & SDLC concepts to all functional areas.
