Job Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients
- Trial preparation
- Conduct trial
- Negotiations to settle case
- Draft pleadings and motions
- Provide oral arguments on motions
- Direct and supervise support staff in trial preparation
- Prepare and argue appellate cases
- Perform discovery
Job Requirements:
- Two years' experience as a personal injury attorney
- LLM from ABA accredited school
- NY law license
