Responsibilities: Responsible for providing advisory to infrastructure and energy companies, including merger and acquisition advisory, equity financing, debt financing, and private capital raising; overseeing commercial analysis and modelling; preparing and delivering pitches to potential clients; designing and leading production of presentations, information memoranda, and other analyses for internal and external audiences; conducting due diligence on behalf of clients; working closely with team to generate and execute such transactions; and participating in management of team of professional analysts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics) and 7 years of experience in job offered or 7 years of investment banking and/or management consulting experience with focus on energy and/or infrastructure. In alternative, Master's degree in Finance or related field (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Law) and 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of investment banking and/or management consulting experience with focus on energy and/or infrastructure.
Prior experience must include 5 years working on all aspects of investment process, including performing financial modeling, performing structural modeling and transaction structuring, performing transaction due diligence, preparing transaction documentation, and obtaining transaction committee approval; 5 years working with various financial markets, including equity structures, mezzanine financings, preferred equity deals, bank financings, and capital markets; and 5 years writing investment memoranda, including evaluating risk and recommending structuring options.
