Reqs: Bachelor's degree or equivalent & 2 years experience in:
- Performing financial transaction execution, including due diligence, review, & preparation of transaction documents in order to obtain approval from internal committees to perform acquisitions through M&A transactions
- Building financial models, including merger models, ability-to-pay, leverage buyout, & discounted cash flow, to guide internal & external stakeholders pursuit of M&A transactions using comparable companies, precedent transactions, & Net Asset Value
