Finance Full Time VP; Corporate Banker sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to perform various financial analyses, including merger/acquisition analysis, capital structure analysis & assessment of credit quality. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
Requirements:
Bach. or equiv. & 4 yrs exp. in:
- Preparing models for M&A financing & return of capital scenarios, credit memos for client approvals, & presentation materials to analyze client corporate finance requirements
- Using pragmatic market knowledge in a variety of sectors within fixed income markets, including corporate bonds & interest rate derivatives to assist clients in managing risk, strengthening balance sheets, & maximizing capital returns
The Employer will accept 3 yrs of academic study in a stated field + 2 yrs of finance exp. to meet the Bach degree requirement. 10% domestic & international travel required, as necessary.
