Oversee and administer multiple projects from pre-construction to completion. Manage and ensure project progress aligns with schedule, budget, and safety standards. Conduct project budgeting and subcontractor supervision. Implement and enforce Colt and site-specific safety protocols. Administer project SOV, manage customer and subcontractor SOV based on building sections. Develop and submit RFIs and change orders. Manage project risks, scheduling, materials, and equipment. Manage site safety audits, approve time and expenses. Coordinate with RGMs, suppliers, and customers to maintain quality and timeliness in project milestones.
Requirements:
48 months of experience in the construction industry, timber structure installation with project site management of CLT structures, running and overseeing multiple jobs. Preferred CPR/AED Certification and OSHA 30 hours.
