Contribute to the Compensation Review Process (CRP) & regulatory matters, including modeling, preparing analysis & reporting, & conducting regional & global controls.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Data Management, or a related field & 1 year of experience in an Assistant VP role (Compensation & Regulatory) or similar occupation performing data management.
Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section):
- Demonstrated Expertise (DE) supporting carried interest plans & fund accounting
- DE working with the U.S. & European regulatory landscape & its bearing on compensation & impact on deferrals
- DE functioning as liaison with key HR & Business stakeholders (both domestic & international)
- DE with Excel modeling, data cleaning, & data manipulation
Telecommuting permitted 40%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP PARIBAS RCC INC. office in Jersey City, NJ. Up to 10% domestic travel, often on short notice.
