Full Time Vice President- Sanctions Advisory Officer w/ BNP Paribas RCC, Inc. in Jersey City, NJ. Advise bus on sanctions regs & internal sanctions policies.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field & 5 years of experience in job offered or a related role OR Master's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field & 2 years of experience in job offered or a related role.
Must have 5 years of experience (or 2 with master's) with the following:
- Financial services or regulatory environment
- Experience in corporate governance & the OFAC or related regulatory environment
- Reviewing & analyzing OFAC inquiries & hits for resolutions
- Investigating potential OFAC violations & trends
- Conducting OFAC focused enhanced due diligence on trade financial activities & identifying associated OFAC risks & red flags or any relevant international sanctions restrictions
- OFAC or Sanctions
- MS Office Suite including MS Excel
*Telecommuting permitted 50%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance.
