Develop and characterize miniprotein-based immunotherapeutics for oncology. Position requires 1-2 trips per year (domestic and international).
Minimum Requirements:
- Doctorate in molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field (or foreign equivalent)
- 12 months' experience performing protein biochemistry research
Must have demonstrated knowledge of:
- Library generation screening using phage and yeast display
- Characterization of miniprotein binders using surface plasmon resonance, biolayer interferometry, or circular dichroism
- Development of in vitro cell-based assays using flow cytometry and microscopy
