Must have a bachelor's degree in economics, math, statistics, health informatics, data analytics/science or a related analytical field & 3 years of data analytics experience working with large data sets to answer important clinical, operational, or business questions, including 2 years working with medical claims data in managed healthcare or insurance operations.
The stated experience must include:
(1) conducting advanced analytics using R, SAS & SQL;
(2) using Excel spreadsheets to create, view, edit & share data files;
(3) developing advanced dashboards using Tableau;
(4) automating analytical outputs to maximize efficiency of work tasks; and
(5) translating stakeholder needs into user-friendly, practical data solutions.
Part-time to Boston office & eligible to telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. where BMC is registered to have employees (list will be made available upon request). Must be willing to visit Boston office 2-3 times per year.
