Develop complex in-vitro models of healthy & diseased human tissues for use in a preclinical drug development platform.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's in Bioengineering or closely related field
Specific Requirements:
Must have any level demonstrated expertise (coursework accepted) in:
- Microphysiological systems & complex in-vitro models
- Static in-vitro cultures (spheroids, transwell, sandwich)
- In-vitro cell culture of primary human liver (Primary human hepatocytes & non-parenchymal cells)
- RNA extraction, qPCR
- Biochemical assays (colorimetric and fluorometric including albumin, urea, cytochrome P450, viability)
- Immunostaining
