Position to lead the development of technical products and implement internal programs, processes, and policies supporting BCG's Partner Services Group (PSG) in the areas of Managing Director and Partner (MDP) operations, compensation, and equity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 6 years of experience as an Analyst or related occupation
- Responsible for translating business requirements into technical/functional requirements
- Must include at least 3 years of experience in program management
- Defining product vision and driving delivery of products that increase business productivity and financial efficiency
- Partial telecommute available
- Must report to and reside within commutable distance of the listed BCG office
