Responsible for all aspects of the AWS environment as well as Foundation Medicine software deployment CI/CD pipeline, including design, provisioning, monitoring, automation, & maintenance of the infrastructure and software suite.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a closely related field + 5 years of experience as a Senior Cloud Engineer (or closely related occupation) developing scalable Cloud solutions for genomic research; OR alternatively, a Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a closely related field + 3 years of experience as stated.
