Requirements:
Bach deg (U.S. or foreign equiv) in Comp Sci, Software Engg, Systems Engg, or a rel field & 6 yrs of exp in the job offered or in a rel role. Must have 6 yrs of exp w/: Develop backend micro-services in Java; Develop batch & real-time big data pipelines in Scala; Implement scheduling & orchestration of data pipelines in Python; Lead tech initiatives from inception to delivery managing stakeholder expectations throughout.
Must have 2 yrs of exp w/: Production exp w/ Google Cloud Platform & its product offerings, incl GKE, Dataflow, PubSub, BigQuery, Bigtable, & Cloud Logging; Production exp w/ Apollo open-source framework for micro-service.
Company HQ: NY, NY; Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed anywhere w/in the Eastern Time Zone region of the U.S.
