Full Time Data Engineer, Lead - Design/build/scale/maintain data pipelines & build data warehouse infrastructures. Create high scalable data solutions. Work with business owners/stakeholders to provide data. Identify/investigate/resolve database performance issues/capacity/scalability. Plan/coordinate/implement security measures for databases & ensure accuracy/reliability.
Use Spark, Kafka, EMR, Hadoop, & Data Lake to build large scale streaming & batch data pipelines. Use DevOps to use Mongo/MySql databases, & admin/test/implement databases. Use AWS tech like Kinesis, Glue, RDS, & Athena.
Requirements:
Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Systems & 2 years experience as above or as a Data Engineer or Data Analyst with similar duties. Must know DevOps, EMR, Data Lake, Mongo DB & Athena technologies. May work remotely.
