Fabricates stainless steel and aluminum data plates, nameplates, logo tags, ID tags, and marking components in industrial, commercial, and manufacturing applications. Operates fabrication equipment, including CNC laser cutting machines, shears, punch presses, drill presses, deburring equipment, grinders, and finishing tools to produce precision metal components according to engineering drawings, customer specifications, and quality standards. Reads and interprets blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to cut, shape, drill, and finish metal products with accurate dimensions and high-quality appearance requirements. Performs machine setup, material preparation, tooling changes, and routine equipment inspections. Uses measuring instruments such as calipers, rulers, and gauges to verify product accuracy and compliance with specifications. Performs secondary operations, including deburring, sanding, polishing, surface preparation, engraving preparation, and part ID. Maintains production records, conducts quality inspections, and ensures finished products meet customer requirements for durability, legibility, and dimensional accuracy. Works with stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal materials while following established safety procedures, manufacturing standards, and quality control requirements. Collaborates with engineering, production, and quality teams to meet production schedules and customer delivery commitments.
