Apply digital channel expertise, advanced data analytics skills to collect, organize, and analyze data to support our marketing and operational planning. Prepare datasets, develop and maintain performance data reports; build dashboards and visual summaries to track business indicators; identify trends, gaps, and performance changes; support marketing analysis regarding campaign performance, customer behavior, and channel results; support operations analysis regarding service volume, efficiency, turnaround times, and resource use.
Engage in Data Analytics & Programming using Python, R Studio, Snowflake, and complex SQL querying. Build out Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics, including: building and deploying machine learning models, predictive forecasting, sales analytics frameworks, lead generation, job volume, and statistical modeling/multivariate analysis to guide business strategy. Use Digital Marketing Platforms & Optimization, including: GA4, Google Ads (AdWords), Meta Business Manager, SEO strategy and implementation, GEO, and AI-powered search engine optimization. Drive Business Intelligence & Data Visualization and analysis, including using Power BI; AI Tools & Large Language Models, including: large language models (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot); AI-driven QA and QC, AI-assisted content optimization and NLP, and prompt engineering.
Minimum educational requirements: Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a directly related field; higher acceptable. Minimum experience requirements: 18 months, including Marketing Analytics, Marketing Strategy, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Google Analytics GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Search Engine Optimization strategy and implementation, and Power BI.
