Design, plan, & execute experimental studies to advance cell & gene therapy platforms & pipeline programs, focusing on in vivo CAR-T development from early discovery through preclinical development. Conduct & analyze in vitro & in vivo studies to evaluate product potency, efficacy, & safety. Develop, optimize, validate, & troubleshoot experimental assays & laboratory methods, including cell line engineering, cell-based functional & cytotoxicity assays, ELISA & PCR-based assays, high-throughput binder screening, & viral vector packing & titration. Analyze, interpret, & summarize scientific data & maintain experimental records & documentation. Prepare technical reports, summaries, & presentations to communicate research findings, results, & conclusions. Collaborate with research & early development teams to support translation of scientific concepts into therapeutic candidates & advancement of cell & gene therapy programs.
Requirements: PhD in Immunology, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a closely related field, plus 2 years of experience in hands-on cell and/or gene therapy research.
