Process corp donations & internal assets, including timely announcement of events, reconciliation at payment date, & payment validations for fixed income, war rate securities, equities, & mortgage-backed securities w/ support of Analysts.
Position required: Bachelor degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, legal studies, or related field of study & 2 years of experience w/ Financial industry w/ an emphasis on local & global corp actions/income processing. Must have 2 years of experience w/ Demonstrated expertise DEI w/ all U.S. securities products & w/ both U.S. & International corp action/income practices; DE w/ Corp action/income accounting & Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial telecommunications (SWIFT) message & reporting; DE w/ asset setup, settlements, mutual funds, cash processing, tax issues, & reconciliations; DE leading projects & delivery w/in the required deadlines; & DE on BaNCS custody platform. *Telecommuting permitted 40%; work may be performed w/in normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas RCC, Inc. office in Chesterbrook PA.
