Responsible for delivering technical boiler & machinery courses & for maintaining the highest standards of technical accuracy & content quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any field) or related field of study
- 7 years of experience in any job title/occupation/position involving commercial property loss prevention engineering, including evaluating commercial property hazards & providing loss prevention recommendations
- 5 years of experience with each of the following: assessing & evaluating Boiler & Machinery (B&M) property risks & hazards, including analysis of pressure vessels, turbines, compressors, & electrical distribution equipment; & translating B&M technical requirements into realistic loss scenario exercises for use in training programs
- 3 years of experience applying FM Data Sheets to assess B&M equipment hazards & protective features
- 2 years of experience explaining complex engineering concepts to both technical & non-technical audiences
- 2 years of experience providing training consultation to managers, field engineers, operations centers, & client teams to support business objectives
- 1 year of experience with each of the following: reviewing B&M training programs, including curriculum design, analysis of industry trends, & evaluation of measurable business outcomes for a global audience; all phases of instructional design from implementation, performing training needs assessments, & designing & delivering hands-on active learning & remote learning programs; technical education & training; facilitating learning opportunities through complex & innovative curricula, programs, workshops, courses, & materials for instructor-led, virtual, online, & blended environments targeting a global audience in corporate environments; collaborating with diverse colleagues in a cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary global environment; & leading, coaching, & mentoring high performing teams
- Up to 10% domestic & international travel required
