Required MS in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or Quantitative Finance +2 years experience in position offered or another data science role in global bank or financial institution. All required experience must include programming, statistical analysis & measurement using mathematical & statistical tools & techniques including causal inference methods (eg experimental design, difference-in-differences, matching & panel, time-series regression); writing, designing, testing, debugging, troubleshooting & maintaining source code & computer programs in R & Python (& SQL for data querying) & running code in production (container services & API creation); developing algorithms for advanced analytics & experimental measurement using AI, ML stats & software engineering for rapid prototyping & production systems; working with large-scale structured & semi-structured datasets (in 10s to 100s of millions of records) to derive insights; & designing, developing & deploying predictive or behavioral models for business purposes such as customer propensity/response, churn/retention, customer experience, fraud risk, forecasting & marketing or branch network optimization.
LI-Hybrid. Role entails hybrid work with time split between working in Boston, MA office & flexibility to telecommute from another US location.
