Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch and fueling operations across multiple flight types (commercial, corporate, military, government); Oversee fuel pricing, vendor coordination, and availability confirmation to support on-time operations; Ensure accurate and timely processing of all fuel-related requests and operational documentation; Monitor workflow, track performance, and uphold compliance with company policies and safety procedures; Support, train, and guide dispatch personnel as needed to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Aviation Operations, Hospitality, or related field (foreign degree acceptable) and Valid FAA Aircraft Dispatch Certificate. Plus, three (3) years in the job offered or related role. Experience with Flight Dispatch operations with supervisory or team lead experience; High level of understanding in basic mathematical computation and principles; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; Proficient knowledge in conversion of currency and units of measurement.
