POSITION: Full Time
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2 years of experience in a position involving both 1) monitor architectural or construction projects; and 2) prepare architectural or construction drawings.
EDUCATION REQUIRED: Master's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering required.
JOB DUTIES:
Plan, schedule, and execute construction works from conceptual development to project close-out. Coordinate with subcontractors and team members to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Monitor budgets, control costs, billing, manage variations and change orders while producing cost tracking reports. Procure and manage materials, equipment, and vendors. Resolve technical issues and prepare schedules. Track progress and prepare reports.
SALARY: $135,500/year
