BofA Securities, Inc. has an opportunity for a VP; Investment Banker to support the origination & execution of investment banking transaction mandates for middle market & emerging growth clients, types of transactions include buy & sell-side M&A, private capital raises as well as capital markets processes, including debt & equity offerings. Prepare materials for clients & participating in client meetings during the course of investment banking deal origination & execution. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
Requirements: Bachelor's or equivalent & 5 years experience in: Executing investment banking transactions, including both M&A & capital markets products, in a global / bulge bracket investment bank environment; Preparing a variety of detailed financial & valuation analyses, including levered buyouts, discounted cash flow, accretion & dilution, liquidity, merger, comparative company, precedent transaction & sum of parts analysis. Alternatively, employer will accept Master's & 3 years of experience. 10% domestic & international travel required, as necessary.
