Maintain and support our Oracle EBS R12 Financial applications and related business processes. Review and prioritize requests for new enhancements. Identify and develop both short term and long-term strategic solutions with business leadership. Provide analytical insight to business leadership/sponsors and other business analysts alike on how to solve challenges. Ability to work on a cross functional environment that may impact multiple application modules, business processes, and existing custom integrations. Configure and maintain both Production and Non-Production environments. Lead user acceptance testing cycles. Create project plans and ensure timely delivery of major milestones. Identify and communicate risks on a timely basis. Work closely with development team to ensure documentation of specification documents are accurate. Provide seamless communication channel between the business and development team. Support the development of training materials for the business users and if needed, assist in the delivery of training content. Provide timely production support for different business areas. Manage helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
