Cloud and Platform Engineer: Design, develop & maintain IT systems/infrastructure. Apply SRE to improve reliability, automate operations, troubleshooting, respond to incidents & perform RCA. Develop backend services/APIs (Java, Python, Go). Build CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). Implement monitoring/observability (Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Integrate ServiceNow, Salesforce & BigPanda. Admin NICE PM, NICE WFM, NICE call recording & Cisco contact center. Collaborate with engineering, ops & security teams to automate workflows, design scalable systems & maintain security/compliance.

Requirements: BS in IT/equivalent+5 yrs exp/related. FT. Travel (60%).
