As member of Information Management team, provide wide array of training and support to internal stakeholders to ensure Macquarie Capital remains in compliance with internal policies and regional laws regulating business's global advisory and capital raising services to corporate and government clients involved in public mergers and acquisitions, private treaty acquisitions and divestments, debt and equity fund raising, and corporate restructuring as well as principal investing.
Specific responsibilities include coordinating collection and analysis of critical transaction records; administering Macquarie Capital's information and record management systems and online data rooms, including managing security and access to information; providing training and guidance to Macquarie Capital staff on business processes, procedures, and systems; and managing Salesforce, Macquarie Capital's transaction management and CRM system.
