Coordinate global quarterly business review with senior leadership including reporting on the Growth Equity and Infrastructure operating model, investment progress, pacing and revenue growth, fundraising, competitive landscape, timeline, sizing and engagement with LP investors. Assist with implementing a deal manufacturing tool (DealCloud) to enhance the Growth Equity and Infrastructure company database, priority opportunities, and investment pipeline.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years with the following: managing internal operating budget, including compensation and non-compensation related expenditure; processing large volumes of information and data with critical and completing deadlines; utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and financial and ESG resource tools (such as Bloomberg); experience with financial markets including equity markets; working across various teams and departments including Technology, Compliance, Operations, and Legal to build consensus; working on audit-related projects to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements; driving operating efficiency through engineering and efficiency projects; assessing employee and investor performance through quantitative and qualitative KPIs and inputting those into compensation determinations; managing strategy including recruiting, employee talent development, performance assessment, promotion and compensation; communicating complex financial terminology and issues to various internal and external stakeholders; and experience with Vendor Management. Required skills include Fund Raising.
