Manage attorney's calendar; Manage client onboarding, send representation agreements, billing & relationship management. Under supervision, assign cases to associate attorneys; Review USCIS submissions with supervising attorney & project manager; Review & organize correspondence & legal documents for immigration matters; Support attorney with project management & tracking key initiatives; Monitor, review, organize & prioritize incoming communications; Under Attorney's supervision, communicate with clients, staff & third parties; Handle confidential & sensitive information, including assisting with official termination or withdrawal letters to clients; Take notes in client meetings & appointments. Accompany attorney to client USCIS appointments; 2 days of travel across locations in the U.S., approximately 5-10 times a year.
Must have: HS/GED diploma & 2 years' experience as Executive Assistant, Client Care Representative, or similar role in a legal setting. Excellent written & verbal communication skills; Strong organizational, multitasking & time-management abilities; Familiarity with U.S. immigration law terminology & common processes; Working independently & prioritizing effectively; Strong writing & editing skills; High proficiency with remote work tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace); Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Ignite, GotoConnect & MyCase, or similar.
