Must have a bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related plus 5 years of auditing experience in a multi-national manufacturing environment, including: SOX audits, Other Assurance, & Advisory audits; SAP, AuditBoard, manufacturing systems such as Witron, KIWI, PPR Omega, HRMS; data analytics & visualization tools (PowerBI) to assess risk patterns, detect anomalies, & enhance audit efficiencies; project management experience leading cross-functional audit engagements across manufacturing sites, including scoping, execution & reporting phases; collaborate with global teams & business partners to coordinate audit activities & ensure alignment with regional & corporate objectives; Provide coaching, mentoring, & training to audit staff to support skill development & consistent audit methodology application; Analyze production, procurement, & inventory processes to identify internal control weaknesses & risk coverage gaps. Requires 15% travel to MEX-EU-USA.
Must speak Spanish. CIA/CPA/CFE or MBA required.
