Deploy & configure robots at data center sites; conduct site feasibility studies; perform on-site assembly, provisioning, & site acceptance testing (SAT); calibrate hardware & sensors; troubleshoot network connectivity; & create robot maps, configuration files, & workflows to automate operations. Maintain & troubleshoot robots in the field; coordinate vendor repairs & root cause analysis; perform end-of-line testing; manage battery charger installations & part shipments; & resolve hardware, software, & connectivity failure modes. Document processes & train stakeholders; develop & improve standard assembly & installation procedures; provide robot operations training to customers; maintain installation toolkits; & serve as the primary point of contact for technical support & vendor/technician visits.
Requirements: MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT, or related. Experience with Shell, JIRA, ROS and Linux. Travel required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, STD/LTD, EAP, Life + AD&D, 15 days PTO, 8 holidays + 1 floating, 401K.
