Lead & manage Power Test's Aftermarket value stream, overseeing safety, talent, systems, engineering processes, products, & financial performance.
Requires: Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Management, or closely related. 5 years of experience in any aftermarket management role. 5 years of experience managing a nationwide team with direct reports & KPI-driven performance management. 5 years of experience with supply chain & materials management including developing, managing, & supporting aftermarket fulfillment requirements. Demonstrated experience managing P&L for an aftermarket business, & achieving growth in aftermarket revenue & EBITDA. Demonstrated experience building new organizational capabilities in an aftermarket environment. Demonstrated experience with digitalization, IoT commercialization, ecommerce aftermarket strategies, & deploying or managing CSM & FSM platforms. Demonstrated experience utilizing Hoshin Matrix & X-Matrix tool for strategic alignment & continuous improvement. Domestic & international travel up to 20% of time to visit manufacturing facilities, channel & distribution partners, & customer sites.
