Design & develop hardware, software & firmware systems for diabetes care management medical devices.
Bachelors or foreign equivalent in Biomedical Engineering or in related engineering field of study with minimum 4 years of medical device engineering experience in: (i) product definition, product test & evaluation, System V&V and/or design control documentation; (ii) integration of analytical & performance related elements of electromechanical devices with software, hardware & electronics system components & math, chemistry or biochemistry processes operative in diagnostics or medical device systems; (iii) applying contemporary design control & risk management practices; (iv) utilizing tools & technologies including JIRA issue tracking software & UI design tools including Figma or related. In addition, must possess an academic or industrial background in: (v) system architecture, requirements writing, requirements management, requirements analysis, risk analysis & hazard analysis, (vi) DOORS requirement management software; & UML tools, such as Lucidchart, MagicDraw, or related; & (vii) development processes consistent with 21 CFR 820 & ISO 13485 design control standards or requirements.
Full Time position. 40 hrs/week.
