Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax, Finance or related plus 1 yr of exp in the job offered, or as an Auditor or related occupation. Alternatively, ER will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax, Finance or related & 5 yrs of progressively responsible exp in the job offered, or as an Auditor or related occupation. Must have exp in each of the following skills: Resolving complex accounting issues; Applying GAAS, GAAP, SEC, & PCAOB reporting rules; Public acct; Reviewing engagement profitability, including billings & collections; Microsoft Office products, including Windows, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint; & Using various assurance apps & research tools. Must have CPA OR sufficient edu/exp req (as determined by state Board of Accounting) to receive CPA within 24 months of hire or promotion. ER will accept any suitable combination of edu, training or exp. Domestic travel required up to 20% of the time to various unanticipated client sites & BDO office locations nationally.
