Experience to include: Lead AOP; Team Based Work Systems; Lean Manufacturing techniques including Kaizen & Value Stream Mapping; Health & Safety Fundamentals; 6 Sigma Process Improvement tools; Manage Execution; Labor & Employee Relations; Performance Management; Emergency Management & Response.
