Exp to incl: Develop long-term Enablement Strategy & Roadmap; Collection & analysis of sales organization feedback; Align sales performance measures, compensation & talent mgmt; Capabilities analysis; Promote values foundation & sales culture; Change mgmt improvement & demand review S&OP (Sales & Operations) processes; Gather Voice of the Business & analyze resulting data; Formulation of annual operational & financial budgets; Develop sales content to increase revenue.
