Requirements: Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Business Administration, or closely related field + 5 years progressive, post-bachelor experience in position offered, as Product Manager, or closely related position. In alternative, will accept Master degree in fields above + 3 years experience in positions specified above.
Must have demonstrated experience in product management & following: Defining design vision strategy; Build product design roadmap addressing short-term optimizations & long-term goals; Collaborating with cross functional partners identify business & user problems, gather insights set strategy & establish product vision; Utilizing knowledge business drivers partner ecosystem align partner needs processes, design functional solutions & drive continuous improvement; Enabling accelerated partner onboarding & engagement through automation & streamlined processes expand ecosystem; Working with cross-functional stakeholder teams through entire product lifecycle from research to implementation to plan & execute partner program launches; Conducting customer, market & competitive research understand customer segmentation & behavior & identify customer insights build customer-centric products; Utilizing data analytics measure, monitor & track customer experience data determine ways improve product experience; Utilizing data-driven decision making optimize partner programs, identify growth opportunities & measure ecosystem impact implement KPIs & report mechanisms track health & growth partner ecosystem; & Defining software features & improvements to correct product functionality.
